Thank you for being part of Tizi na Masta. If something didn't feel right, we'd genuinely love the chance to make it better. You're welcome to tell us what we could improve at support@tizinamasta.com. You don't need to contact us or explain why to delete your account.

What happens when you delete your account?

• Immediately: your account is deactivated and your profile and activities are hidden from the community.
• For 30 days: your account data remains available for recovery if you sign back in and choose to reactivate.
• After 30 days: the service schedules permanent removal of your account and associated records, including profile, workouts, GPS routes, posts, messages and connected health records stored by Tizi na Masta.
• Your username: it may become available to someone else after the account is permanently removed. If someone else claims it, you may not be able to get it back.

Deletion does not erase content that others have independently copied or downloaded. Backup and legal-retention practices must be confirmed separately; do not rely on this page as a guarantee of immediate removal from backups.
