Categories, sources and purpose

Tizi can process workout type, start time, duration, distance, heart-rate and blood-oxygen readings where supported, and related activity/location information. Sources include your entries, device sensors, permitted Bluetooth connections and supported Apple Health/Health Connect records you choose to import. These data and their combinations can reveal sensitive activity or health information. Tizi supports general fitness; it does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Device connections and imports

You choose whether to grant supported health-service access. The Health import connection reads supported records. Tizi workouts created on Apple Watch can also be saved to Apple Health with its separate permission. Dashboard Health readings are optional and controlled for each signed-in Tizi account. Automatic phone-to-Watch mirroring of historical oxygen readings is disabled in this update. You select workouts for upload into your Tizi history; it does not automatically upload all health records. A supported match can link an import to a private Tizi recording using sport, time and duration while preserving its existing route and measured data. Routes are not imported from the health service. Device/build support varies.

Uses and recipients

We use records to provide requested imports, activity history, recording, user-selected sharing and related support/security. We do not sell health data or use it for advertising, promotional targeting or optional usage analytics. We do not use health-care-facility geofencing to identify visits or target advertisements.

Necessary operational providers can process data under appropriate restrictions. Apple/Google process their respective connections. Recipients see an activity only when you choose to share it. Event organizers receive disclosed registration information, not access to your private health history. Private records are restricted by audience, not end-to-end encrypted against service administrators.

Consent and withdrawal

Required collection/sharing consent must be specific to its purpose; a general user agreement is not blanket health-data consent. Revoke device permission to stop future reads. Revocation does not erase prior imports: remove them through account data controls or request deletion at support@tizinamasta.com. You can also request confirmation, access, applicable recipient information, withdrawal, deletion or appeal. We authenticate requests proportionately and apply the rights/deadlines required where you live.

Retention and regional rights

Imported records remain in your account for their service purpose until you delete them or the account, subject to limited lawful retention. The account-deletion recovery period and backup limitations are described in the Privacy Policy. Where consumer-health laws provide additional rights, they apply even if the data is outside HIPAA.
