Publication and acceptance
Published version 2026-10-18. These expanded terms apply only when affirmatively accepted as such. Publication does not replace an earlier agreement or mark any user as having accepted this version. The currently recorded signup agreement remains available at Current user agreement (2026-10-07). Privacy notices describe actual processing; they are not blanket consent for optional uses.
Eligibility and license
The intended minimum is 13, or the higher minimum required where you live. Where you are below local legal majority, appropriate parent/guardian authorization is required. Do not use another person’s identity. These terms do not represent that completed age-assurance or guardian features already exist. Subject to valid acceptance and applicable law, Tizi grants a limited personal nonexclusive license to use the service as intended.
Accounts, content and community
Protect credentials, provide accurate account information and report compromise. You retain ownership of your content and grant only the permissions needed to operate, secure, moderate and deliver it to the audience you choose. Private content is not licensed for public advertising. Optional promotional reuse and event photography need the relevant separate permission. Follow the Community Rules.
Safety and third-party events
Tizi supports general fitness and community use; measurements and maps may be inaccurate. It is not medical advice or emergency dispatch. See Safety. Unless expressly named as organizer, Tizi provides event platform tools. Verify event-specific organizer, eligibility, course, price, refund terms and any separate waiver. Providers such as Apple, Google and map/health services have their own applicable terms.
Fees and intellectual property
No charge is authorized by these terms alone. Any purchase must separately disclose seller, amount/currency, taxes, renewal if applicable, cancellation and refund terms. Applicable store rules and mandatory consumer rights remain. Tizi software/branding and third-party materials remain their respective owners’ property; no ownership of user content is transferred. Report rights concerns to support@tizinamasta.com.
Availability and responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, Tizi is provided as available without guarantees of continuous operation, exact measurements or perfect security. No term excludes fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, non-excludable death/personal-injury liability, statutory consumer rights or other duties law does not permit to be limited. No monetary liability cap, ordinary-negligence release or unlimited consumer indemnity is imposed by this version.
Leaving, restrictions and disputes
You may stop using Tizi and use account deletion controls. We may proportionately restrict harmful, unlawful or security-compromising use and provide review where appropriate. Contact support@tizinamasta.com for informal resolution without losing statutory deadlines or legal remedies. No compulsory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed. Applicable mandatory law governs; this version does not force a Texas venue on all users.
Stores and future operator changes
Apple/Google are not responsible for delivering Tizi’s service or organizing events. Applicable store agreements remain; Apple’s standard licensed-application EULA applies unless a compliant custom EULA is deliberately adopted. A future change to a U.S. LLC will require appropriate agreements, notice and any legally required consent. No such change is effected by this page.
